My Ajax habits

I love web services that use Ajax so I wanted to show you two of these which became my online habit. It could become your habit to use them a lot also. Let’s have a look.

1. AjaxDomainSearch

About a month ago, when I was searching for a free domain name, I discovered very useful domain search tool called AjaxDomainSearch.

By using AJAX and PHP, this tool shows instant domain name search results. It has nice and clean interface and author has kindly given this tool as a free script (licensed under GNU General public license) for download. Download link is available on authors blog.

2. AjaxLoad

Another great site that I use very often is Ajaxload.info. This site has nice and clean web 2.0 styled interface. It generates ajax loader icons which can be used in web apps that have ajaxifyed web forms. I use these icons for my Ruby on Rails web applications.

My favorite ajax loader icon is BigRoller – it resembles Firefox web page loader icon .  Go ahead and try it out!
